We have a 30 day Return Policy for all non personalised gifts. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns on Personalised Items

Personalised Items are exempt from being returned. The reason for this is that we cannot resell an item with someone elses details on. This is why it is paramount that you have checked all your spelling as well as punctuation before making payment

In the very unlikely even that we have make a mistake on your print, we will of course accept a return.We will need to see photographic evidence of our mistake and under those circumstances we will also refund any return costs


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the goods are in the condition they were sent to you, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time that it takes to reach you varies depending on your method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days please check with your bank or credit card company. There is often a processing delay of a few days before a refund is posted.
